Genting

Today is the day my mom, my sis and I went to Genting Highlands. Why? Because we're bored and we have nothing else better to do. And because my sis wanted to go to the chocolate wonderland and snow world.

First since it's near to the entrance, we went to the Beryl's chocolate wonderland. I was expecting Charlie and the chocolate factory. I was mistaken. The place is seriously overrated. It's small, we finished going around it in about 10 minutes. The only good thing about it is that you can buy Beryl's chocolates. They offer a lot of variety here, and some chocolates I don't think I've seen offered by any ordinary store elsewhere. So if you love chocolates, visit this place and buy lots!

I just love the chocolate eggs here. Lucky it's not real or else I might steal one...

After that we decided to skip most rides and went to the Snow World in the indoor theme park. The ticket price is RM15 (after discounts) and we rushed in to grab the snow coat, snow boots and gloves. My sis and I are the unlucky one to get cold and wet boots. Not only is it squishy, it smells like other people's sweaty foot. Ewww. Lucky the gloves are warm.

If you want to enter snow world next time please wear sneakers so you don't have to use their snow boots. Believe me it's disgusting. My mom was lucky since she got a nice dry pair of boots. Oh and if you want to know, no camera's are allowed in. If you want photos you have to tell their photographers to snap some pics, and you have to buy them outside. It cost's from RM18 for 4R I think. Such sharp business skills.

The entrance looks like the meat locker's door, and upon entering the snow world I feel like I have stumbled in...a freezer. It was -5c and I was freezing my nose off. I kicked a snow pile and grabbed some of the 'snow. It is like ice shavings mixed with salt. This ain't no snow. But the temperature is really something. The only activity there is the toboggan slide. It's like the water slide only it's ice instead. I froze my butt going down the ride.

Then we got bored. We got free complimentary yogurt drink and sipped it to pass the time. Then we went out. Immediately my sis and I threw our boots back to the counter and washed our feet with soap. We went out and since we were famished, we went to a restaurant.

Kung pao chicken with rice. Yummy.

After eating we went on rides at the outdoor park. I went to queue on the bumper boat ride and I witnessed a teenage boy fall in the lake while trying to get off the bumper boat. plop! He was dragged up by two staff with much difficulty. That made me extra careful boarding the boat.

The rides closed down and we all went home. On the way home we stopped by giant batu caves to buy some groceries. One staff saw the wristband that I still have on and remarked on it. "Hey, baru balik dr Genting?" Oh my god I was so embarrassed.

So guys remember to remove the wrist tag immediately after leaving Genting to avoid further embarrassment.

p.s: went home and pengsan till tomorrow.

Secret obsession

I was watching Cinderella Stepsister (cinderella unni) on KBS world the other day and that's when I realised that Taecyeon is already in it.

Gawd I was waiting for his appearance since I saw the trailer and the poster, and when he finally appeared, I missed the episode. Gosh what luck. And for now, his debut acting is okay. I mean he's not said much so I can't really comment about it. But I really loved his character's interaction with Eun Jo. Very cute.

Cinderella stepsister is a story about...well you guessed it....cinderella's stepsister. In here cinderella only had one stepsister, which is the main character, Eun Jo. I loved it because the characters here have different facets in their character. Cinderella is loved and adored by all, even the stepmother, hurting Eun Jo in the process. But Cinderella got a dark side in her, and although Eun Jo is so emo and prickly, she got a soft heart. Shows that they are only human with flaws. I really hate selfless characters that is so kind that could shame angels.

The drama shows promise. Will try not to miss any future episodes.

Taecyeon is a member of 2PM famous for their hit Heartbeat. Great song, award winning performance.

I love 2PM. 2PM is my secret obsession, since I was too shy to confess that I'm a Kpop fan. People would only gape at me, since everyone thinks I only listen to MCR. Haha. I listen to everything.

Now even though I like Taecyeon, I really wish Woo Young would act too. Haha wishfull thinking. I <3 Woo Young Oppa. I <3 Chan Sung too. Gawd I can't choose. They are all hawt.

Watch this Samsung Corby ad and try not to explode from their hotness. Heehee. Man I would do anything to be the girl in the ad.

Today as usual I'm driving all around town...after all I'm the Pak Supir. After that my mom and I went back to kampung. There on the old sofa we place outside of the main door, lie an egg. No, no one placed it of the sofa. Apparently the neighbor's hen thinks it's funny to breed on our sofa.


Anyway the good thing is we will eat omelette tonight. :D

But the main event of today is not the discovery of the fresh egg. No. It's the discovery of a snake! My mom opened the door to get her shoes when she found the snake wriggling on the road in front of the house. Since she has a massive phobia of snakes (I'm serious, she's seriously hates snakes), she froze on the spot and start yelling, "Ular!!!!".

I ran and looked at the snake. It's slim, about 17 inches long, greyish black, and shiny and slimy looking. It's moving slowly towards the oppposite house. My aunt took a peek, and she expertly identified it as a Ular Tedung Senduk! Or King Cobra / Monocle Cobra.

What? A real life cobra? A real life deadly venomous snake? A snake with a neuro toxin so deadly that you can die because of respiratory failure? I looked at my auntie. She seems sure.

We ran to find something to hit that snake and my auntie just kept hitting and hitting that snake. It became mad and raised it's head. TADA! It's head expanded, and it's hissing madly. That's when I am dead sure it's a cobra.

My auntie killed it and threw the corpse in the nearby bushes.

And today another snake left the world.

p.s: oh, by the way, I will be in KL this sunday. Teeheee

Classmate week?

Got the kavvy baby to the service centre today for just a regular checkup. It's the first time I went to that service centre, and my first impression is: it got A++.But then the Chevy service center in KL (went there with my sis) got A+++ from me. :P

After handing over the kavvy keys to the personnel there me and my mom went window shopping. What else? We have nothing to do to pass the time and we hate waiting for the car at the service center. We went to a shopping centre and wander all over the place. While I was distracted by this particular type of dress when I heard someone calling my name. Jeng jeng jeng its another classmate. (what's with this week? Classmate week?) She told me she would start working part-time here starting from tomorrow.

It got me thinking. Should I do some part time too?

NOPE!

hahaha.

Got back kavvy baby from the service centre (apparently Kavvy got a problem, and the suspension needs to be changed. Another trip to this place will be needed in the future) two hours later and went home. Went to bed and pengsan until 7. Then my mom asked me to buy something from Giant. Went there, did the errands and rewarded myself with several types of ice cream on the way back

Nothing better than ice cream on a hot day like today.

Of landlords and classmates

Last night I got a call from the owners of the house I was renting, and kept ranting on and on about not making payment and so on. I was like, chill man, I forgot. Please next time give a reminder first before you verbally attack people okay dear landlords.

Anyway today I was out around town with my mom, running errands. My mom and I went to the hospital so that my mom would get her monthly prescription. After getting tonnes of medicine we went out and suddenly I saw one of my classmate on a scooter talking to her little brother (I think). I waved at her and she waved back. Wonder what she's doing in from of the hospital.

Then after paying bills and visiting my dad's grave we went to Tesco. There I got another surprise. I saw another classmate. Ex-classmate actually since she dropped out last year. She was carrying a baby. She is alone with the baby. I actually walked behind an aisle to avoid her since I know she won't be glad seeing me. Seeing her reminds me of all the drama we all went through last semester.

Put 2 and 2 together? All our speculation last semester seemed to be true? Or not?

Broke my cellphone

I dropped my SE K770i on the toilet floor during my finals last week, and cracked the screen. First it was just a hairline fracture about 2 or 3 inches long, but it got longer day by day. By now the screen is cracked into two separate sections and one section is completely black.

So anyone who wants to contact me....just forget it. Until I got it repaired or buy a new hand phone.

On another note 2 days ago my brother and sister in law and my niece and nephews went back to kl already. Hah. Now when they are gone the house is quiet! And I finally have time to online! Handling 3 kids at the same time, is not something I can handle. Seriously. It's not that I don't like kids. It's just ...I don't know....Too exhausting I guess.

Hah. People say marry at haste, repent at leisure. I say reproduce at haste, repent in pressure.
